All queries and payments are subject to the following conditions:
- 1. The seat descriptions are available on the Universal Group of Institutions, Ballopur, Lalru, Mohali.
- 2. All fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. UGI reserves the right to change fees as per management's directions.
- 3. Your payment will normally reach the UGI account within two working days. UGI is not responsible for any delay in the receipt of fee payment due to an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. UGI also cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
- 4. In no event will UGI be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
- 5. UGI may send you emails/SMS about our college, new courses, events, and other updates.
- 6. UGI may call you from time to time to provide you with important/necessary information or for follow-up.
- 7. We do not share your information (i.e., Contact Number, Email ID) with any third party and maintain its confidentiality.
- 8. UGI makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information; however, it assumes no liability for any inaccuracies provided to you through non-official websites.
- 9. UGI reserves the right to make changes to the above-mentioned terms and conditions from time to time.
