I have a pleasure to inform you that the Universal Group of Institutions of Engg. & Technology, Lalru has been ranked 5th in top emerging colleges by Silicon India as per the latest survey. The credit for this achievement goes to the overall performance of our students, faculty, staff & our college management.

UGI has become a Centre of Technical Excellence where we boast good placements to all eligible students since our inception. The institute is famous for maintaining the excellent teacher-student relationship.

I am writing this letter to seek your cooperation in maintaining UGI a “Ragging Free Campus” and request you to go through the AICTE & UGC guidelines for curbing the menace of ‘Ragging’ on our Institute website.

Further, you are requested to counsel your ward not to violate the norms of the institute and desist from indulging in any form of ‘Ragging.’. Your cooperation and suggestion for curbing the menace of “Ragging will be highly solicited.”
