B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (HMCT) is an undergraduate level programme enable the student to know the basic principles of hotel, restaurant & Catering service Management. Students also get training on vocational & culinary art during their training period and made professionally skilled for Food Production, Food and Beverage Management and Catering operations, General Management etc.

Universal Institute of Management & Technology (UIMT) offers three year B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (HMCT) programme, affiliated to PTU and approved by AICTE. Department is equipped with all facilities of teaching and practical activities related to pedagogical approach. The students imbibes theoretical concepts in classrooms, while practical exposure is ensured though hands on experience in the labs and guest lectures by experts from industry.

Eligibility : 12th in any stream.
