ONE DAY SEMINAR ON COMMERCE & MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATION
One day seminar on “Commerce & Mother’s Day celebration”, oragnised by UCACS on March 18, 2015, went off very well. The event started with Story Writing Competition where more than 29 students from different colleges including UCACS, B.ED, NURSING, etc. pen down their thoughts and feelings on Mother’s Day. The competition was judged by panel of three members. The best students were awarded certificates & gifts by the head of the institution, Dr. L.K. Attri.
During the second part of the event, Dr. Rachit Garg (Director UGI) and Dr. L.K. Attri (Head of Institution) presented bouquet to Dr. Yashpal Taneja (Associate Professor), S. D. College, Chadigarh, special invitee. Ms. Vanshika formally welcomed the resource person and invited him on the dais for talk. Dr. Taneja delivered important lecture on organisational behaviour and aware the audience about the importance of positive attitude. He also gave tips to the students which could help them to grace their behaviour.
The long day event was concluded by Dr. L.K. Attri. At the end of the event, vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Gaurav Sachar (Assistant Professor).
