CE Deptt. of UPC conducted a INDUSTRIAL VISIT to CSIO Chandigarh

1. An Industrial visit to CSIO Chandigarh was organized on 26.09.2015 for the students of 3rd & 5th Semester CE Department.

2. A total of three faculty members & 41 students visited the CSIO.

3. The basic aim of the visit was to educate students & show them the practical aspects about the following:-

a) Importance of Practical knowledge

b) Awareness about the new technology

c) Advanced equipments used by scientist nowadays.

d) Technology of aspheric components

4. The visit was very educative & the students understudied all the practical aspects of research &development. The students showed their keenness in the whole visit and had interactive sessions with the people involved in the project.
