UGI celebrated Basant Panchmi with religious fervour and gaiety

Universal Group of Institution celebrated Basant Panchmi with religious fervour and gaiety in its campus. The Celebration was dedicated to Goddess Saraswati. Dr. Gurpreet Singh, Chairman, Universal Group started the celebration with the lighting of the lamp and with sarsawati Pooja.
Dr. Gurpreet Singh, Chairman, Universal Group elaborated that every student & faculty of the institution were dressed up in diverse shades of yellow magnifying the splendor of nature. Students presented colourful cultural performances. He added that everyone celebrated the day with great enthusiasm and participated in events including Kite flying, Kite making and in Rangoli competition.
The function concluded with Chairman’s address, wherein he enlightened the students about the importance of Basant Panchami and appreciated their performance. In the end sweets was distributed to all.
