UCACS organized a guest lecture on Politics & Constitution on March 17, 2016

A special guest lecture organized by Universal College, Ballopur, Lalru on "Politics & Constitution" on March 17, 2016, went off very well. The event started with lamp lightning ceremony and floral welcome to the invited guest Prof. (Dr.) Kuldeep Puri, Panjab University, Chandigarh by HOI, Dr. L.K. Attri. All faculty members and more than 60 students from different streams attended the lecture. A number of important topics were discussed including democracy, different aspects of constitution of India, Fundamental rights, preamble etc.
Prof. Puri educated the students about the important aspects of politics besides highlighted them about the importance and benefits of the constitution to the citizens of country. The lecture ended with an interactive discussion, where faculty members and students had healthy discussion. After this discussion, concluding remarks of the lecture highlighted by Dr. L.K. Attri.
At the end of the event, vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Sonika Maan (Assistant Professor).
