Universal group of Institutions, Lalru organized "Joint Campus Placement Drive" by HDFC Bank and Ashok Leyland on 6 th April 2016 for the students of Diploma/ ME/ ECE/EE and BBA/ B.Com/ MBA in which 8 students got selected for Ashok Leyland at the package of 1.2 LPA. and 8 students got selected for HDFC Bank at the package of 3-4 L.P.A.

 

Dean (Planning and Administration), Universal Group addressed all the candidates by extending his good wishes to the candidates. She said, "We are very happy with the response we have received from the corporate with a larger and more diverse base of recruiters than ever before. This is testament to the confidence of our corporate partners in the quality of our graduates and we look forward to serving their talent needs in the years to come".

 

Asst. TPO, Universal Group, said that this year the number of vacancies and packages have improved from previous years. He further urged the candidates to compete and make proper use of their skills to grab these opportunities.

 

The drive was started with the online aptitude test followed by personal interview. Mr. Kaushal Kumar HR Manager Ashok Leyland and Mr. Ashish Kumar Zonal Branch Manager HDFC Bank interacted with the students and provided information related to their profile and growth plan in the organization, there after he took individual interviews of the students who participated in the drive. There were more than 70 students who had faced the interview. Chairman, Universal Group, Dr. Gurpreet Singh expressed his great joy at the remarkable success of the drive and said with the unceasing efforts of the Management, staff and students the group. Universal Group is successfully completing the recruitment drives and Job Fests with remarkable presence of the companies. He congratulated the shortlisted candidates and wished them the best for their near future.
