UGI Celebrated World Ozone Day on 16 Sept, 2016

The Applied science Department celebrated world ozone day in universal group of institutions, Ballopur on 16th Sept. 2016 in the college campus. The objective of this event was to aware students about the harmful effects of ozone layer depletion. The H.O.D. of Applied science department Mr. Vikas Sharma, Civil engineering department Mrs. Kshipra Gupta, Mechanical Engineering department Mr. Manish and C.S.E. Department Mr. Vikas, faculty members and students were present there. The judges for the event were Mr. Vikas Sharma, Mrs. Kshipra Gupta. Poster making & Poster displaying competitions were organised in the event. A skit was performed by the students on the harmful effects, causes and precautions giving a social message, titled "FARK PADTA HAI". Students also participated in speeches and poems.
