CE Deptt. organised an Industrial Visit Construction of Railway Bridge at Kurali

The main objective of the visit was to aware the students about the various constructional processes ,which are now a day’s used in the construction industry ,and also boast them with practical knowledge.
As the proverb goes "The Logic Can Take You From A To B , But Imagination Can Take You Anywhere" it perfectly corroborates to the magnificent creations of civil engineering which have been built by the admirers of Civil Engineering following their creative insight. No other branch of engineering is much more creative and ingenious as Civil Engineering is, so in order to cater the creative minds of civil engineering students and to make them abreast with the practical side of their coursework, a site visit to Construction Site of Railway Bridge at Kurali Punjab was organised by the Civil Engineering Universal Institute of Engineering & Technology ,Lalru on 20th September ,2017. A group of 40 students got an opportunity to learn the basics of construction and foundation laying at the construction site accompanied by faculty members Er.Sajad Ahmad (Asst.Professor )& Er. Ilyas Mir (Asst.professor ) of Civil Engineering Department. The Site Engineer In Charge , Er.Shivam Singla and Er.Vineet explained all the technology, designs and concepts to the students.
