UCE, Ballopur organized guest lecture on theme "Attributes of a Good Question Paper"

On 2 nd of April, 2019, Universal College of Education, Ballopur organized guest lecture on theme Attributes of a Good Question Paper. The keynote speaker was Prof. (Dr.) P.K.Tulsi from NITTTR, Chandigarh. Her research areas are Educational Technology, ICT based education, Technical and Vocational Education & Training, Management, Communication Skill Dr. Verinder Kaur, Director Academics welcomed the guest and threw light on importance of extension lectures by saying that These lectures expose students to real-world life experiences And having a guest speaker is the enhancement of the students’ educational experience. Prof. (Dr.) P.K.Tulsi gave a comprehensive knowledge about the setting of question papers. She said that question paper is the basic tool used in an examination. The works of question paper setting and evaluation become more important. Hence, a question paper must be set in a way that can measure the change in the level of students knowledge in a particular subject. The session was very interactive and all the members of faculty participated enthusiastically. The lecture was concluded with the presentation of award and vote of thanks by Dr. Kompal Wadhawan, Principal, Universal College of Education.
