UGI Celebrated Baisakhi in the Campus

Festivals bring joy and happiness. Baisakhi is an important harvest festival of Punjab that has religious value as well. Baisakhi is an ancient festival of Hindus, marking the Solar New Year and also celebrating the Spring Harvest. Baisakhi festival was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm at UGI. Celebration and festivities seem to have no end. The day began with thanking the almighty for his divine grace and was carried forward by Gidha and Bhangra.The beats of the dhol brought vibrancy to the environment. The celebrations were taken to next level with Fun Games. The Punjabi culture was showcased with beautiful and colourful phulkaris.
