Universal Law college successfully Organised a webinar on the topic Introduction to the basic concept of Intellectual Property Rights on 11th of March, 2022 i.e., Friday for the students. The Invited guest for this lecture is Dr. Anita Sardana Patent Expert from Technology Information Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC), who enlightened the students about the basic concept of Intellectual Property and how in today’s scenario it is pertinent to be aware of it.
The session was interactive and practical as Dr. Sardana practically explained how to search for Patents online, differentiating between different types of Intellectual Property Rights such as Trademarks, Copyrights, Geographical Indications, Utility models, etc.
