Training & Placement Cell organized Employability Assessment Test for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Students on 09/10/2014 . The session was attended by the final year students in order to make themself prepare for the upcoming placements drives.
The students were seen very much excited.
Universal Group of Institutions has launched several techniques and strategy to enhance the Employability skills of the students.
The Employability Test evaluates the right Skill Sets required for industry, especially for the first break through in career. The test evaluates following Employability Skill Sets:
- Fundamental Skills (Aptitude, Reasoning, Industry Awareness etc.)
- Technical Skills
- Communication Skills (Verbal and Written Communication etc.)
- Interpersonal &Soft Skills (Presentation Skills, Decision Making, Team Building Skills etc.)
