B.Sc students of UGI Visited Meteorological Department,CHD

The students of B.Sc. Agriculture visited Meteorological Department, Sector 39, Chandigarh and PN Botanical Garden, Panjab University, Chandigarh. The visit went off very well and students gained lot of information regarding the importance of climate in the agriculture. 

Shri Surinder Pauljee, Director, Met. Dept. interacted with the students and gave important information related to Agriculture. He also recruited all the concerned experts to show all instruments in agro-meteorological observatory and also its working to the students. Students had a good learning experience over there and they looked enthusiast.

Students also visited PN Botanical Garden, Panjab University, Chandigarh thereafter where they too got information about the flora of the garden and its layout.
